Municipal Authority 

April 2020 Meeting Rescheduled 

The Franklintown Borough & Franklintown Borough Municipal Authority rescheduled the April 1st meetings due to Covid-19. The Council meeting will be held Wednesday April 29, 2020 at 7:00pm preceeded by the Authority meeting at 6:30pm at the Municipal Office located at 116 S. Baltimore Street.

The Bids for Lawn Maintenance advertised for the April 1st Meeting will be extended to the April 29, 2020 meeting. .

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE

The Borough of Franklintown, York County, is soliciting bids for weekly or as needed by weather lawn maintenance to include weed whacking as needed at the Borough building and Park for the months of April to October 2020 or longer if weather requires. Bids should include per mowing pricing.  Bidders must provide proof of being fully insured for workers compensation, liability and damages. 

All proposals must be sealed and addressed to Kelly Kunkle, Borough Secretary, P.O. Box 88, Franklintown, PA 17323 and marked “2020 Lawn Maintenance” on the outside of the envelope and received at the Borough office on or before April 29, 2020, to be opened and read at the Borough Council meeting at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the Borough office, 116 South Baltimore Street, Franklintown.
